I was wrongfully terminated from my job, after a little while I was reinstated, but I was reinstated to a seasonal position when my original position was full time. The seasonal position is now no longer a position and they are letting me go. It states in
I was reinstated back to the company which in my contract it states that i will be reinstated to my original position as an at home agent however, they placed me in a seasonal position which is now eliminated so what are my options as this is clearly not right when my previous position was full time.
