I was working through staffing and was at my 90 days and a former co worker that was hired in the company said I sexually harassed her after I had told her that I was having issues with her niece. Even though she has cut up with other employees plus smack

I had said something to another older female about her but being getto booty as well as other male employees too. Later down the road she came by me on her lift and I pinched her butt. Just joking with her. I had told her prior to all this that I was having issues with her niece and now she went to the office and told them I was sexually harassing her after she went home and talked to her husband about it. They didn’t even get my side or investigate it. I was through a temp agency and was at my 90 days the day I got terminated from my assignment. I need legal advice to know if I got a case or not. She cuts up with everyone else but went to to office on me. I feel like I have a right somewhere in the matter.
