I was work for a prvate land owner when on 7/1 I had an accident on my bike. It didn't stop me from working but limited my productivity to about 80%.
On the second he was helping me out in the field with irrigation when he asked me to move ol blue a truck used for hauling waste from the ranch. 1St time in a year he asked me to drive the vehicle. After we completed that we were talking and he was saying I had thirty days because he needed his privacy.
On the third we were in the truck talking about feelings and let Howard know how I felt and hetook exeption to ot and from that day it became a "You must leave now" moment for Howard. This is when he began his coercion to remove be from the property. Where I lived and worked. Forcing me to live on the streets of Medford with no time to coordinate a new living situation and not providing enough means for me to do so when he resinded on my legal 30 days without properly gave me notice to vacate.
