Can a company eliminate your position and terminate you and advertise for a similar position?
I worked at this organization for more than 20 years. It was about 12 weeks between the termination and advertisement of the position with similar skills and same job title. I don't feel the company was transparent. I did sign a waiver but was not made aware of these other positions being created when asked to sign this.
