I was robbed by my boss' son.

Hi, I was recently robbed by my boss' son(who is a former employee) who broke into my apartment and stole all my prized possessions and then sold it to buy heroin. As a result, he was arrested and charged with a felony of the 3rd degree. Since then, the CEO, VP, and my direct boss have engage in a coordinated effort to harass me and ask more work of me than previously. Today, they made me complete all the work in advance then called me in for a meeting in which they asked me to go through my email basically telling them that I was not OK with the harassment I was being dealt. During the meeting they didn't let me say everything I wanted to say and said that I didn't need to come in tomorrow but didn't directly fire me. Sadly I do not make a large enough south salary just sue them however is there some sort of action I can take legally?
