I was relocated to Louisiana from Texas in April of 2015 to fly float planes for my company of nearly 11 years. Shortly after moving, they sold the float planes necessary to perform this duty. I have since been in sales. Now, the company is forcing me to relocate myself back to Texas (where I came from and move myself; company had moved previous five moves!) with an over $60,000 decrease in salary or be terminated. Is this legal!?!?
