I was offered a voluntary separation package in 2015 and I agreed to it and signed. About a month later they rescinded and said we need to replace your position. Recently a position was replaced and yet received the VSP. Can they pick and choose?
VSP rescinded due to job has to be replaced when others received VSP and their position was replaced
