I was interviewed and offered RSU around 3 years back. This will be payed in three tranches over next three year of my employment. I accepted the offer as it was really good one. After two payouts employer came and said it was a mistake in offer and I have to return money which was payed to me . Now I am not in position to payback they also cancelled the third tranche . Employer is threatening me to litigate this. Can you please what are the options available for me?
