I was hired 6 months ago as a crew person. The company promoted me to an assistant, even sent me to training 2 hours away. One week later they say my background check was not good and they demoted me. Do I have a case
I have been employed for 6 months. I was hired as a crew person. The area supervisor promoted me to assistant manager. She even sent me two hours away to train for this position. Now she says my background check did not come back good. What can I do?
