I was full time employee and just a month ago received a week vacation and sick days. Since yesterday, I was moved to part time. My employer told me that I no longer get my vacation time and reduced my sick days from 5 to 4 days. Is this legal in Indiana?

I earned a week vacation and a week worth of sick days at start of the year as full time employee. My employer just today moved me to part time and said I no longer get my vacation time and took one of my sick days. Is this legal in Indiana?
