I was forced into a fitness for duty exam by my municipal employer based on a lie that i was suicida
I will be allowed back to work with some restrictions based on the evaluation I was forced into on the false information. I am 61 and 2 years from retirement. Do I have any recourse? I am a supervisor and have worked for this city for 37 years with no performance issues.
