I was fired (not because of my performance but because it wasn't a "good fit" from a non profit Neighborhood Works place because I told the people I didn't like the way they were talking about low income individuals and people who had been in prison" after they left the office. It was such a negative place to work. They think they are better than everyone else but everyone is about 100 pounds overweight so they suffer from the same disease of the people they are calling names and making fun of. They said it wasn't a "good fit" ... If thats the type of conversations that go on, I DON"T WANT TO BE a "good fit". Manager is completely oblivious to the issue and believes everything the "head" woman tells him. My brother was in prison and is trying to get his life in order. The clients loved me but the ladies didn't like that I stood up for the clients. They think they are untouchable because they are non profit. I want it known what phonies they are .. is this an eeo case.
