I was fired after 21 years because I wrote up a man who I reported to be harassing me. I had another security staff to witness his actions but 4 days before I got fired my supervisor and myself saw him and the department's training officer change the orig
I had complained against this man to my director and each time my director told me not to write it up but I did and save the documents. I also made complaints against his Mom who was promoted to v.p. of support service. I made a recording of the incident to help clarify how this man's behavior became at my job. The guy who by the way was my Co-worker would attempt to provoke by riding by using vulgar language while another security staff would be there.
