I have been on intermittent fmla since 08/2013 and the harrassment and all my problems with my boss didn't start until my fmla was active and didn't stop until my employment ended 11/06/2015. I was even harrassed by the department supervisor. I also have many, many harrassing emails from both my boss and the department supervisor I had saved and printed for my records. I have my yearly reviews and my review for 2014 I wasn't give a annual pay raise due to "Unfinished work due to accessive absences" I really need legal advice as to what my next step should be...
