I was demoted because a state case manger told my employee that I should her pictures of keys and broken cabinets which was going on in a group home. I felt it was neccasry to report the truth. My client mentioned to the caseworker that she was being accused of taking things that didn't belong to her. So to show proof of what was found in her procession I showed her pictures to back me and the company up. Which the company was full aware of these matter cause the held serveral meetings with her pertaining to the keys. Which they later installed cameras to protect the broken file cabinets and other missing items. Which the company never reported to the state that should have been. So I was demoted and relocated behind covering myself with a state worker. I had to go out on sick leave behind all the stress. Had a grievance with the HR which he amitted the memo they gave me wasn't written probably. He then changed the words. I never signed any memo pertaining to these false accusations. I feel that I whistle blew the company and also the state worker never informed the company that a UIR most be reported. (Unnecessary incident report) Where do I go from here?
