I was an lead operator. A co- worked said i made t that made her uncomftable. I dont recall making a comment to her personally. Hr said even if some one is offended by a comment third party it is still sexual harassment. Is that true and how so i explain

Was lead operator. Co worker was offended by a comment i made. Via third party. How do i explain to future employer that harassment was third party and how is that sexual harassment
