I was accused of using drugs there was a bad conflicting test result so re took test and passed.... I've been suspended for two weeks and all my co workers at work knows what is going on before I do... Do I have a defamatory case here
A coworker went to hr said I was on drugs I got pulled up front took to hospital given a urine test then blood test... They said some leakage occurred and specimen wasn't usable so I took another test for them and I've been suspended for 2 weeks now and other coworkers are calling me with details they shouldn't know like couldn't use first specimen and I had to test a second time... I did pass my test as well
