I usually end up losing around 1-2 weeks vacation a year and it doesn't bother me but I am being told this year they are forcing me to use it all. Are they allow to force me to use it all if I don't want to?
I guess you could call me a person that doesn't care to work all the time. I get 3 weeks vacation a year and can carry 1 year over each year and lose the rest. I usually lose 1-2 weeks a year and this is ok by me but I am now being told that I am going to be forced this year to use my vacation time. Are they allowed to force me to use it if I don't want to?
