I took a sick day and when I came back my coworker started to ask if I was pregnant or if I had an STD. I started crying in response. Is this considered workplace harassment?
I took a sick day and when I came back my coworker started to ask if I was pregnant or if I had an STD. I started crying in response. Is this considered workplace harassment? They claimed afterward that I had an aura of negativeness and that they deserve to know why I was out.
