I signed my yearly review. I've requested to receive a copy so I can review it more thoroughly. My supervisor has not answered any of my email in response. Is this illegal?
I've worked for this company for about 7 years. I have requested my last 3 reviews (which are all signed). I've never received a copy or even a response. My review is pages long and my supervisor always goes through it quickly.
