I was let go from a trucking company who also train me to pass the dot road to get my cdl. Before completeing my training to become a company driver I was let go. Since I sign a contract with them I am under a 10 month non compete agreement and owe them money for getting my cdl. But I have been unable to find work and its already been 30 days and the job I have a better chance of getting is deny from me due to the non compete. So can the non compete be lifted in favor of me getting work so I can pay back what I owe?
