I signed a noncompete clause, I have a few questions.
1- I worked in CT as inside sales, I ended as Outside sales. I live in Mass, they wrote it in ME. which law supersedes?
2-I believe it was a non compete for 1 1/2-2 years ( they did not give me a copy), I Signed approximately in 06', I quit in 08 for 6 months and got rehired and left again in 3 more years, does that invalidate the agreement, I believe it said upon termination of agreement is when the non compete starts.
