I signed a non-compete October 2009, and no longer work there and it expired. Is it enforcable?

I started working for this company in Oct. of 2009 and signed a non-compete that stated that it is forcable for 1 year after my termination. I left the company in May of 2010. Six months later (November 2010)I was asked to come back and help on a part time basis and did not sign a new non-compete agreement. The origial agreement that I signed in October of 2009 had expired May of 2011 which was the one year anniversary of my original termination. On July 1st. 2011, I stopped working for the company. Is my original non-compete agreement that expired in May of 2011 still enforcable?
