I resigned from my current job more than 4 weeks ago. My new employer wants me to join ASAP. But my notice period with previous employer was 90 days. I had a baby 3 weeks ago. Can I now go on paternity/FMLA leave and start working for the new employer. I
I resigned from my current job more than 4 weeks ago. My new employer wants me to join ASAP. But my notice period with previous employer was 90 days. I had a baby 3 weeks ago. Can I now go on paternity/FMLA leave and start working for the new employer. I personally don’t mind if they let me go before my notice period ends. Please advise.
