I recently took 12 weeks of FMLA, my employer called me and said that I needed to return my things that I had self terminated. My FMLA was not over with at this time. I spoke to an attorney who wrote a letter that I presented to my employer. The company's attorney called my attorney and said that I could return to work tomorrow, that there had been a mistake. I do not wish to return to my place if employment, as I feel they have violated my FMLA rights. Have not paid me for days worked, and have falsified my time sheets. They also changed me to hourly instead of salary sometime during my FMLA, but never told me how I was being paid. I am filled with dread over returning tomorrow. But have been instructed that if I don't return, I will be the one violating the FMLA. Is there anything I can do?
