Told to get my tubes tied by my employer when I had a miscarriage.

Base pay commission. I experience daily
Curses, calls me stupid, tells me to get my head in the game, etc verbal abuse has always been on phone calls that didn't have documentation, recently started recording her because of this attitude. I got pregnant (unplanned) and she asked if I used protection and that I should get my tubes tied, and at 40, I'm to old for this drama. She said myself getting pregnant was a big F*CK You to her and our company. Is this acceptable behavior and unenforceable?
