I paid for my own lie detector test to prove I did not use cocaine, how can I retain my federal company job

I was fired from a nuclear company for failing a 2nd test for cocaine in 9 years,I was asked if I did drugs,I said no and appealed their decision to fire me . I went and had a polygraph test from a former FBI agent. and I passed ,the test showed that I was truthful in my answers that I have never used cocaine even if it was in my system ,an investigation proved that they did not follow there own procedure for termination. I have worked for this company for 14 years with many promotions and always great reviews. I have also received several awards for my outstanding work and accomplishment.I seek an attorney that can help ,feel free to contact me via email
