I have not solicited any of the patients who chose to follow me. They googled me. An agreement shouldnt force you to abandon your patients. Also this group actively solicited my patients that they knew I brought to the practice and were protected by the contract. Key concerns are patient abandonment, the term solicitation and patient right for continuity of care
