I have fibromyalgia and chronic pain, I had to go down to 5 hrs. a day due to this and I'm under doc

I had chronic back pain for over a year and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia this past July. I had to have my doctor send papers to corporate about my condition and what I can and can't do, I had to reduce my hours to working 5 a day. I have missed days because of my conditions but wasn't informed on using fmla. I have been treated by bosses ignoring me like they didn't hear me, very short with me and then I was fired and was told I don't know how you kept your job, with your missing days wasn't showed any papers or signed anything. I was so embarrassed and was talked down too. I was humiliated for being treated so rudely. Is there anything I can do?
