I have been ordered to stay home and quarantine 3 times by my employer. Subsequently, my employer took all of my current PTO, and 'borrow' my future PTO that would have accrued thru the end of the year. Is this even legal ?

I can understand using the accrued PTO, but to borrow my future PTO without asking me for permission nor informing me seems fishy. Non Covid Pandemec, we could fill out a form and 'borrow' our vacation that we would have earned throughout the year. I just have an issue with them taking future PTO without 1. Asking and 2. Telling
