I have already stated my info in the question section. My HR person will not help me sign up for short term accident disability insurance or a complete 401k. I've worked for this co for 14 months. I am eligible but she won't help me. Keeps on putting me off. I'm busy, I have a meeting. Odd behavior- I'll get back to u and never does. I asked her to provide the info so I could sign up for the co 401 k and she told me to call the co myself she could only give me the vo's name. After several calls I talked to someone from the co and she said " your HR rep is supposed to provide us with this info and give u the paperwork to fill out. Should I go to the co administrator in the building?
