I have a situation with Non Solicitation Agreement:Please let us know

I moved from Arkansas to Virginia is the Non-Solitation Agreement is Valid? In the agreement it shows:This will apply to the restricted territory:the jurisdiction you are currently working and anywhere that the client works. Client is in every state. As I am in Virginia is this valid or if I move to California now does that make not valid. Situation: I am an engineer, where I moved to different state , my vendor is different but the client is same. Old vendor sending notices to client to remove me.
