I have a letter from a mental health professional stating I need my shift changed. Does my employer have to accomodate .
My son has a mental health disability and recieves SSI. A mental health counselor wrote a note asking that my shift be changed to Mon. thru Fri 8am to 4pm. To accomodate for my sons disability.
Due they have to change my schedule
