I have FMLA for my youngest son who is permanently disabled. In the past I have had to use it quite often to the point where I have no time left...however...I checked my account w8th the company that manages our FMLA and noticed there were changes made to the time applied. It showed I used more time than I actually did. I corrected the time to reflect to correct amount of time taken. On Feb. 21, 2020 I had to utilize FMLA while I still had time available. After I finished submitting my time several hours later I checked my account again. There was another change. They had denied every claim I had from May of last year (which had already been approved and time applied) to present and closed my leave for FMLA in May of last year. I was never given a notice for this and in fact I have to have the FMLA re-certified every 6 months which has always been approved. I have yet to hear back from the company that manages our FMLA, because of this I could lose my job. What can I do?
