I didn't file any weekly claims within the first 28 days. What are my options now?
It's been two months since I filed a claim for unemployment benefits, and it turns out ive been approved. However, I have not filed the initial weekly claim. Since I'm well over the 28 days since the day I filed, am I able to claim last week as my initial week, or could I start over with a brand new claim?
