I developed a hernia while working part time at position where I did alot of heavy lifting. If I get the hernia fixed I won't be able to do any heavy lifting for at least 6 weeks, maybe longer. Am I able to file for unemployment?
When I started this position I did not have a hernia. I do alot of heavy such as dog and horse food bags, farm equipment and such.
