I am receiving a year's severance starting in 2016 from a company in Indiana due to the company's severance plan. I moved to Florida effective 12/29/15. Will I owe Indiana taxes for the year that I receive the severance pay?
I am receiving one year's severance starting in 2016 from a company in Indiana due to the company's severance plan. I moved from Indiana to Florida effective 12/29/15. The company is withholding Indiana taxes from my severance payments. Will I owe Indiana taxes for the year that I receive the severance pay or will I be able to receive a refund?
