I am on disability and do not know if there is an opportunity back at my company. Previously our head of hr said that if we have any issues with the company or direction we can ask for a severance. I'm not sure what to do in this situation
I am an employee currrently on disability and would like to understand how/if I can discuss severance if there is not a job for me to go back to as they filled my current role or if I am not interested in the job they offer to me
