I am on FMLA due to mental stress because of a hostile work environment. I reported it to HR but all I was told was if I couldn’t handle it I should take a leave and if I wanted HR would assist me in finding a more suitable job for me. I asked if my medical could be processed under workman’s comp HR said no and they would deny the claim. What actions should I take. If I go back to work they will either fire me or cause me more health issues where I may have to leave. I feel I am stuck with no help. The organization will not help me
