I am forced to be at work 25 min early to put on a uniform and I am not being paid is this legal? And the enforced that the day after we signed a paper stating we had to clock in 5 min early
I signed a paper agreeing to be at work 5 min early because I can clock out 5 min early. The next day I was told to be in my uniform and and saftey gear ready to work 20 min before the start of my shift
