I am a supervisor and I was term because of some paperwork was done wrong but I didn't do the paperwork. another person did the paperwork but the plant manager said I false the number of tools that I said I had on the floor the only thing I did was accept
I was a supervisor and this lady did her paperwork a day before and a pair of tools came up missing so my lead to her we did not have that amount that she had on her paperwork. so at the end the tool was missing so she never did rewrite the paperwork so me and my lead was term because said we falsified the paperwork
