I am 62 and on FMLA leave currently for back pain while on the leave I am having some sinus surgery and my HR department wants me to fill out a separate FMLA certification for that purpose this does not make sense to me what do you think
I am 62 I have been employed by the same company for 8 1/2 years I've been working with serious back pain for a long time and it is gotten to the point where I just can't tolerate sitting or standing and my doctor wants to take me out on disability
