I Have 80 hours of vacation time that i have not used, but i have already put in my 2 week notice because i got a better job else where. Do i loose my vacation time paid? I Live in Missouri

I have 80 hours of vacation time i haven't used yet. i put in my 2 week notice and am working my 2 weeks respectively. i have just earned 80 hours of vacation after my 3rd full year from working at my current employment. i would hate if i just threw away 80 hours of paid vacation with out using it because i got a better job somewhere else. And i didn't want to put in my 2 week notice and my 2 week vacation at the same time because i didn't feel like that was fair to my boss. but at the same time i don't really want to just throw it all away because at my new job i would have to start all over......*sigh*
