How can I get out of a non-competition agreement?

My friend was muscled into signing a non-competition agreement about a week ago at a blue-collar firm that does fire damage restoration. She has recent back problems, and this company is treating her quite awfully, making her work brutal hours doing a man's work.

I work at a bigger, better company, in the same industry, and we have a position open I would love for her to have. It would be much less of a workload for her physically, and it is much more convenient of a place for her to work.

This company is going to enforce the agreement. I want to make a case for her, and do anything it takes to get her. She would be a huge asset to us, and she is a great friend of mine and I think this would be a match made in heaven!

Please, any assistance regarding this situation would be much appreciated!
