Hi I signed a non compete 15 years ago, don't they have to be renewed at some point an d expire as pay and benefits were drastically cut
I singed a non compete in the state of Mass 15 years ago, since what we sell and what I am paid has changed many times over , He then started downsizing and cut my pay and benefits to where I was in a hardship situation. I took a job for a same title positions and now I am getting a letter saying he will sue me and my new company if I do not stop talking to clients. Does a Non COmpete have to bre rewritten or modified after so many years to be enforceable, IT is 13 years old and my pay was reduced and I was afraid he may be closing the comany
