Hello, I would like to know about the required time frame between taking Short Term Disability for an operation and quitting my current position. I am also on SSDI. I was previously on leave for two years due to a serious injury, When I came back to work

Hello,

I would like to know about the required time frame between taking Short Term Disability for an operation and quitting my current position.
I am also on SSDI. I was previously on leave for two years due to a serious injury, When I came back to work I was put into a role very unlike my previous roles, and I am neither trained nor equipped for this new position.
I would rather live off of my SSDI than do my current role due to a high level of frustration caused by this lack of training.
