Hello, I was fired from my job. The employer states that it is misconduct. The Company statement said that I said on a Zoom e-learning. This is the type of shit i'm talking about! Let me take a picture of it! which created a hostile environment for an student. I was working from home not at the workplace. What do you think about this, and do I have a legal case for being fired. The employer never showed actions which led to me being fired. I have worked with this employer for five years without any misconduct issues or problems. I have never been written up for a misconduct problem. Please advise
