Hello, I own a small roofing company. I just received a text stating I cannot be on the jobsite because Iam a woman and it makes the client nervous. Is this discrimination?
I have the conversation in a text on my phone. Then they want to turn it around and say it looks like i am on drugs. It is 100 degrees i am outside all day 3 pm of no eating or drinking is going to make anyone sleepy but i was not working i was observing.
