I was terminated for nodding off on the job this occurred during July and September 2020 This was during a time where the club had no business very slow a ghost town and I am on medication clonazepam which makes you sleepy it's for my anxiety disorder.. I never had this problem in the 1st 5 years working for this company because we were extremely busy being the most popular private social club in the City of Chicago but when it slowed down to a crawl no business phone not ringing you're sitting at your desk virtually no one else in the building And with this medication it's very easy to nodd off.. They are calling this Misconduct which is not true this was not intentional this was not willful it was an accident due to the fact that I'm on my medication and there's no business you're just sitting at a desk for 8 hours With nothing to do
