Handbook states Exempt Salried employees be paid over 45 hours a week.
I worked for a Michigan Employer. I was salaried exempt with the handbook stating I will be paid anything over 45 hours a week. I resigned from my company and gave 3 weeks notice and worked nights and weekends to train new employee. They are saying that I embezzled this even though the general manager signed off. They let him go 3/27/20.
